1. How do I assemble the couches?

All cushy couches require granulated polystyrene filling which are available in bags of 25 litres and 100 litres. We recommend the following amount of polystyrene beans for the various cushy couch products:

Ottoman : 50 litres (2 x 25 litre bags)
Bean Chair : 100 litres (1 x 100 litre bag)
Single Couch : 100 litres (1 x 100 litre bag)
Double Couch : 150 litres (1 x100 litre bag, 2 x 25 litre bag)

We suggest filling your cushy couch in a plugged bath. Simply undo the zip at the base of the couch and pour the beans in!

2. Are the zips childproof?

All Cushy Couch products with zips contain a safety locking zip to prevent access by the little ones. The zip can only be unlocked by using a paper clip or pin to release the lock, and open the zipper slider.

3. What are the couches made of?

All the couches and ottoman's in the Cushy Couch range are made of vinyl upholstery so they are easy to clean. Simply wipe down with a damp cloth to remove any marks.

The Cushy Couch Bean Chair and Ottoman range is made of vinyl and macro-suede, which is similarly easy to clean with a damp cloth.

5. How are the couches and ottomans best displayed for retail?

As the Cushy Couch ottomans and couches are sold without the bean filling, they are sold in a compact, plastic clear case that is easily displayed and can be reused by the customer.
