Shipping Method: We utilize private couriers for our shipping, providing you with free shipping on all orders. While we strive for smooth deliveries, occasional issues may arise that are beyond our control.

Estimated Transit Time: Depending on your location it can take 1 to 6 days for transit. We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer free shipping anywhere in Canada and Continental United States. If you are located in an "island" state (e.g. Hawaii or Alaska) please contact via hello@cushycouch.com or say hi at the chatbox on the bottom of the page.

Tracking Information: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Keep track of your order's progress to stay updated on its delivery status as a signature is required for receipt!

Private Couriers: Please be aware that private couriers are responsible for the delivery process. In the event of any issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly for a quick resolution. If you are unable to resolve the matter, feel free to contact our customer service (hello@cushycouch.com), and we'll assist in finding a solution.
